Deleting a Card From Payment Settings

From your Partner Central dashboard, click Settings in the top-left corner of the screen. A drop-down menu will appear. In the drop-down menu, select Payment and you will be taken to the "Payment Settings" page.

On the "Payment Settings" page, you will see "Deposit Accounts" and "Billing Accounts."

The "Billing Account" is the account that JTV charges fees to your credit or debit card fees when using Partner Central services. When you registered with Partner Central, you provided us with this billing information. If this information changes, it is important to ensure it is up to date.

Delete a Card From Billing Accounts

To delete a card from your billing account, click the trash can icon to the right-hand side of your card under "Billing Accounts."

If there is only one card linked to your billing account, it cannot be deleted until another debit/credit card is added. At least one credit/debit card must always be on file.
