From your Partner Central dashboard, click Settings in the top-left corner of the screen. A drop-down menu will appear. In the drop-down menu, select Payment and you will be taken to the "Payment Settings" page.
Payment Settings
On the Payment Settings page, you will see "Deposit Accounts" and "Billing Accounts."
The "Billing Account" is the account that JTV uses to charge fees to your credit or debit card for using Partner Central services. When you registered with Partner Central, you provided us with this billing information. If this information changes, it is important to ensure it is up to date.
To make changes to your billing account, you can add a new debit/credit card to it, or you can also edit your current card. Follow the steps below to apply these changes.
Add Card to Billing Account
- To add a new credit card, click Add New Card under "Billing Accounts." This will take you to the "Add Billing Account" page.
- On this page, you will need to enter your new card information to connect your debit or credit card to Partner Central.
- When finished entering your card information, click on Add Account in the bottom-right corner of the page to save.
Edit Billing Account
- To edit your billing account, click the pencil icon under Billing Accounts.
- On the "Update Billing Account" page, you can edit your account details. Select Update Account when finished.
Congratulations! You have successfully added a new card to your account or edited your billing account.
