Follow this quick, helpful guide for editing your payment card information on JTV Partner Central.

How to Edit Your Card Information

From your Partner Central dashboard, click Settings in the top-left corner of the screen. A drop-down menu will appear. In the drop-down menu, select Payment and you will be taken to the Payment Settings page.

On the Payment Settings page, you will see "Deposit Accounts" and "Billing Accounts."

The "Billing Account" is the account that JTV uses to charge your credit or debit card for your use of Partner Central services. When you registered with Partner Central, you provided this billing information. If this information changes, it is important to ensure it is up to date.

To make changes to your billing account and credit/debit card for any reason, you may edit your credit/debit card by following these steps below:

Edit Card Information

  1. To edit your credit/debit card, click the pencil icon under Billing Accounts to the right of your card that is listed.
  2. On the "Update Billing Account" page, you can edit your account details and update information regarding your credit/debit card.
  3. Select Update Account when finished.
