Replacing Your Deposit Account

From your Partner Central dashboard, click Settings in the top-left corner of the screen. A drop-down menu will appear. In the drop-down menu, select Payment and you will be taken to the "Payment Settings" page.

On the "Payment Settings" page, you will see "Deposit Accounts" and "Billing Accounts."

The "Deposit Account" is the account where you will receive funds from Partner Central. You set up your deposit account with a bank account number and routing number when you registered with Partner Central.

To make changes to your deposit account for any reason, you may edit or replace your current deposit account by following the steps below:

Edit Deposit Account

  1. To edit your deposit account, click the pencil icon under "Deposit Accounts."
  2. Enter your full bank account number in the "Deposit Account Verification" window. This step is required for account verification and protection for your deposit account. Only users with verified bank account information will be able to edit their deposit accounts.
  3. Once verified, you will have access to the "Edit Payment Account" page where you can edit your account details and select Update Account when finished.

Replace Deposit Account

  1. To replace your current Deposit Account, click Replace Payment Account under "Deposit Accounts." This will take you to the "Replace Payment Account" page.
  2. On this page, you will need to enter your new bank account details, in order to connect your Partner Central deposits.
  3.  When finished entering your new bank account information, click Add Account in the bottom-right corner of the page to save.

Once your new deposit account is created, your old account will be deleted.
