Uploading Listing Media
Now that you’ve created product listings and submitted pricing information, it’s time to add your media.
1) Start on the Dashboard and select Product Listings, then View Listings.
All of the listings you have created will appear on this page. To begin this process, choose the listing you would like to add media too.
2) Select the three dots on the far right, then select Manage Listing Media.
On this page, click either the pencil icon or the Edit button of the Listing Media window.
3) Select on one of the camera icons to upload the first image.
Add any combination of twelve images or videos to your product listing. Remember that the first media item must be a still image of your product.
Upload an image or video via your files or by web address, Dropbox, or Google Drive. It’s also possible to drag and drop media directly from your desktop.
Follow the guidelines below for selecting the right images and videos for your listings.
Formatting and sizing guidelines for images:
- FORMATS: jgp, jpeg, png, gif, heif
- MAX FILE SIZE: 50mb
- MIN IMAGE WIDTH: 1,000px
- MIN IMAGE HEIGHT: 1,000px
- MAX IMAGE WIDTH: 10,000px
- MAX IMAGE HEIGHT: 10,000px
- ASPECT RATIO: 1:1 (square)
Formatting and sizing guidelines for videos:
- FORMATS: mov, mp4, mpeg-2
- MAX FILE SIZE: 500mb
- MIN IMAGE WIDTH: 1,000px
- MIN IMAGE HEIGHT: 1,000px
- MAX IMAGE WIDTH: 10,000px
- MAX IMAGE HEIGHT: 10,000px
- ASPECT RATIO: 1:1 (square)
4) Once you’ve added all your media, select Save in the bottom right.
Congratulations! You've added media to one of your listings. Repeat this process for any remaining listings on the View Listings page.
Reordering Your Listing Media
If you would like to reorder the images that you’ve uploaded, there's no need to reupload all your media.
Simply click on the three green lines on the bottom left of the panel. While clicking these lines, you can drag and drop the media items into the correct order.
